Mr. Tom William Hood has extensive management experience in key operational, finance and sales roles with emphasis on entrepreneurial start-up companies. Tom excels at developing product and marketing strategies and positioning companies for growth. Previously he served in key senior operational roles in various certification and Inspection bodies.

Stephen Spacey
Vice President – Marketing / Business development

Mr. Stephen has more than 30 years in sales, sales support, sales management and senior management. Stephen started his career in Marketing with a AWED. After leaving AWED he held senior sales positions with ASK, MSA, and KPMG.. Prior to joining Bureau A.S Mr. Stephen was engaged as a coach for both Solution Selling and later Customer Centric Selling, where he assisted world-class sales organizations transition to, and perfect a complex sales model. He is an expert in consultative selling and marketing.

Lawrence Neil
Vice President - Professional Services

Mr. Lawrence oversees the Bureau A.S professional services organization. Lawrence is responsible for creating and ensuring excellent execution of implementation and training services for each client. He previously served as a Manager in Inspection agencies and later on moved to certification of management standards and Products. Lawrence was responsible to get all the accreditation with his key expertise in various standards and development.

Martin Davies
Snr Manager – International Business

Mr. Martin has more than 20 years in sales, sales support, sales management and senior management. Martin Started his career in Sales and Marketing in various organisations. He also worked in several countries which includes USA, UK, Norway, and Middleeast in his career. He then developed his strengths towards International Business. Martin was responsible to set up many Bureau A.S Business entities and run this successfully with various agencies around the Globe
